What We Do

We have implemented a research project funded by the National Research Foundation in Korea since September 2022. The project title is “Living Lab Based International Educational Cooperation in Tertiary Education.”
The Yonsei IPAID first develops an educational model which is a problem solving, community-based, learning based on living lab method. We then share our model first with our ODA (official development cooperation) partners and with any other partners. Each side separately operates living lab projects in class and share the process and outcomes of the living lab projects.
Further, we will co-organize a common course that is shared with multiple partners. Students in each side will sign up the course which has same curriculum, same syllabus, and same living lab project. Also, professors will cross over and help each other. For further cooperation in the future, we will develop a track (community problem solving learning track) in which 5-6 courses are provided and shared by partners. Students in any side can take these courses and acquire track completion certification.
